IAAO-LA Seminars
Twice each year, in the Spring and the Fall, the Los Angeles County Chapter of the International Association of Assessing Officers presents full-day appraisal seminars. In addition to peer-networking and a delicious luncheon at some of Southern California's best event facilities, seminar attendees also receive SBE Continuing Education Credit. Topics include commercial real estate valuation, personal property appraisal, local redevelopment, and much more. Check back frequently to see when the next seminar is scheduled.
2008 IAAO-LA Fall Seminar - October 22
The date for our 2008 Fall Seminar has tentatively been set for October 22! This year's Fall Seminar will be held at the Doubletree Hotel in Rosemead (across from the Montebello Towne Center). Stay tuned for more details and a downloadable registration form.
2008 IAAO-LA Spring Seminar
Our Spring Seminar was held Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at the Rio Hondo Event Center. State certified appraisers were able to earn up to 8 hours SBE Continuing Education Credits by attending our seminar. Click here to see the Spring Seminar's topics and registration form.
